The American Chemical Society (ACS) professional society meetings attract thousands of chemistry professionals internationally each year and provide diverse opportunities for scientific and technical exchange. This year's ACS Fall Meeting will be held August 13-17 in San Francisco, California, under the theme "Harnessing the power of data".

Together with the German Research Foundation DFG (DFG Office North America as well as DFG Chemistry Division) and the German House of Science and Innovation (DWIH), the Fraunhofer Chemistry Alliance will be present and represent Germany as a research location.
